RACHEL GRAHL

Rachel is a  people leader and strategic execution specialist with over 15 years experience and a passion for excellence in delivery and change capability development. She works with organisations to establish adaptive portfolios that align to strategic goals and business plan targets.  She builds and coaches high performing and highly engaged cross functional delivery teams to generate value and deliver sustainable results for organisations.

Adaptive portfolio and program planning ensures leaders can support  teams to positively respond to change to continuously deliver outcomes for customers and shareholders.

Bringing structure to ambiguity and uncertainty Rachel works with teams and stakeholders to identify improvements across people, processes and systems that will deliver outcomes for customers and shareholders .

Since November 2020, Rachel has been the Principal Consultant at Grahl Consulting.  Prior to this she spent 7 years with Auto & General in a number of roles, and was the General Manager of Change & Operational Support for the Claims and Assessing Division from 2018 to 2020.
